Yes, No Haggles arranges for a complete dealership tour, so that you will be familiar with personnel both in sales and service. No Haggles makes everything easy and pleasurable.
Why should I have to pay part of the fee up front?
Partial payment represents a commitment on the part of the client that gives us some level of confidence that it is worthwhile to commit our resources to research and negotiate the purchase.
Will I be able to see and drive the car before making a decision?
We will arrange a test drive and inspection prior to any commitment made by our clients.
Do you deliver?
Yes, whenever possible. Each dealer has its own policy on the control of financial documentation. There are occasions when the dealer will require the customer to physically present themselves at the dealership to finalize the sale documents. In these cases, we will do all we can to facilitate the ease of processing to include making a specific appointment for the signing. Prior to signing the purchase contract, we will provide a buyer’s agreement, signed by the dealership and No Haggles, to outline each detail agreed to by the client and the dealership so that there are no surprises at the final signing. Following this appointment, we will encourage the client to allow the dealership to familiarize them with the service department and their specific vehicle characteristics. The whole process should take no longer than an hour.
